I called Stephens Plumbing after checking reviews on multiple web sites and was still pleasantly surprised by the service and value that I received. I needed to replace the hose valves in my laundry area, and called Stephens Monday afternoon on a holiday week when other shops were closed. They not only took my call, but scheduled to have someone at my house the next morning and communicated with me every step of the way. Tuesday morning, Victor showed up at my house and was extremely courteous and friendly, he quickly assessed the project and gave me what I felt was a very fair estimate. When we attempted to use the pressure regulator valve to turn off the water to the house we found that the existing valve did not close all the way, and so I asked him to replace this also. While Victor didn’t have the part in his van, he left quickly to pick one up and was able to install all 3 valves in a very short amount of time. When I asked Victor to install the extra valve, I expected a steep increase in price, however the price that he charged me for all 3 valves and his labor was less than I expected for the work in the laundry area. On top of that, Victor also gave me a new customer discount, and recommendations on local restaurants since I’m new in the area! To say that Victor went above and beyond would be an understatement. I will definitely be using Stephens (and requesting Victor) whenever I have plumbing or HVAC needs in the future. Highly recommend!

This company is FANTASTIC!!! My daughter's heating unit stopped working and she was getting the run around from her (horrible) home warranty company. Please don't get me started with how bad the home warranty company is. But YAAAAAY!!! Stephens' team set things right. We had an issue that required them to come out twice. Omar and Oscar arrived early on in the 12p-4p range. They actually went above and beyond the scope of work. It's those details that set one company apart from another. They labeled the power panel, one of the heating vents had been installed upside down, Omar fixed it, while hanging around to make sure that the heat was indeed working. And LOL, he had to keep explaining what he did because he wanted to make sure I understood EXACTLY what the problem was and what the fix was. Overall from the initial call, to the completion of the job, these guys were outstanding.

I had two separate issues at my apartment within 1 week. I was extremely happy with both interactions. One of the issues was an emergent plumbing issue. They recognized that the issue was emergent and came to the apartment within 8 hours. I strongly recommend them to anyone

Galan and Matt are simply the best! Their attention to detail and expertise was amazing! It was like having white glove service; they cleaned to the point where when they left I could not even tell that anyone had ever been working on my pipes. I highly recommend them!

I usually don't write reviews...but the experience I had with Stephen's Plumbing and Heating warranted me to go the extra mile, as they did for me. When calling for heating services it can be pricey. After making several calls, I found Stephen's. The operators are friendly and they had a technician call me and give me an idea of the costs that I could incur. I spoke with Omar and he helped me understand what could be wrong with my heating unit prior to the diagnostic visit and his comfort with all types of heating units gave me assurance he wasn't just going to recommend me to replace the entire unit. Sure enough, Omar found the problem with the heating unit and was able to fix my heating unit and explain the problem. Super friendly tech if you should get him. Overall thank you Steven's!

Had an emergency today on Saturday at about 1130. Called Stephens Plumbing, within 30 minutes Manny showed up. He was very courteous and thoughtful and handled the problem in an excellent manner. I would highly recommend Stephens Plumbing to anyone.

Found out we needed to have the heating ducts in our house completely replaced, and Butch and Matt went above and beyond! Very professional, efficient, and clean. They were very knowledgeable about how to get the most out of our furnace to improve heating and airflow in our house. Couldn't have been happier with the decision to hire Stephens!

Galan and Matt were extremely professional and helpful. I woke up to a water leak coming from the ceiling and falling onto our washer/dryer unit and they responded fast and did a thorough job. They explained everything every step of the way, wore their masks and understood the importance of it, and made sure they cleaned up and had everything exactly the way I had it -well actually better, because they fixed the horrible mess of a leak! I especially appreciated how they explained what had happened and how they were able to fix it because even someone like me, without any plumbing experience or knowledge could understand. It is obvious that they are knowledgeable about their field and know how to get the job done. I am very appreciative for their services and help. Highly recommend.
