We had Stephens install two, new central AC units and I am very glad we did. Compared with other AC installers, their price was lower than their competitors. Freddy, Sammy, Omar and Matt did an outstanding job installing the units. In addition to just being ""nice,"" they were very knowledgeable and clearly took pride in their work. Robert was very attentive to our needs and always showed up on time. We had a small issue with our permits but that too was handled very professionally. Also, every time I called the office, the individual (often Dave) answering the phone was pleasant which reflects how the business is run. I highly recommend this company without any reservations.

I highly recommend Stephens Plumbing. They were referred to us by our neighbors. We originally called for a leaking toilet. but they did so much more. We called Monday afternoon and Manny was at our house the next morning. I had a few questions re: other plumbing issues and Manny took the time to explain and write down what I needed and recommendations on who to call for the products! He was very patient and knowledgeable! Super friendly and respectful. We will definitely be using them in the future.

My AC went out during the last heatwave and Omar came out and tried his best to get my AC running again. Ultimately, the compressor was bad. Because of Omar’s honesty and professionalism, I decided to have my aging central air replaced by Stephens. Freddy and his assistant came out and installed everything and were both extremely efficient and professional. I am very happy with all the technicians workmanship.

Jose Galan saved the day. Never imagined how bad it was until our toilets clogged up. Called Stephens plumbing as an emergency and they sent Jose Galán. Very professional and knowledgeable. He wasn't able to do the job that night due to it being dark, and having to go under our home at night would have been difficult. He needed the proper tools to really go in deep but he came right on time early morning which I'm thankful for. I live in a mobile home which he went under and let us know that our tubing wasn't the best constructed everything was backwards. Which made everything worse for the whole home in general and that was causing the blockage. Boy was he great! He advised different options and decided it was best to add what was needed. It's my first time ever having to deal with plumbing but if ever needed again, I'd call Stephens plumbing and request Galán to come help save us. Thank you for your work!

Just want to say thank you to Stephens Plumbing, from the operators to the plumbing team, everyone is nice and professional! Today Manny came to fix our angle stop to the dishwasher and did it so quickly! I appreciate the professionalism and will continue to call Stephens Plumbing when I need help!

Had a leaky hot water pipe in the concrete slab and later to find out the water heater needed to be replaced too. Galan and his partner, Arturo i think his name was, were very good workers, they both took pride in their work & knowledgeable. They were tidy, cleaned up and went beyond, deffently were not slackers. I was amazed how hard Arturo worked, he was extra. Galan made sure I understood every finding and every procedure and even gave me tips on other things needed to be brought up to par. With all the explanation, I almost feel i could be a plumber now, he let me know that it's PVC pipe not PCP. The reason for only 4 stars is because the cost floored me. I had no idea plumbing was so expensive, but im old school & too old to do it myself so it was worth it to leave it to the professionals.
