This is the second time I've called Stephens, the first experience was the same- at that time I really needed help fast because my sink was backed up and company was coming in a few hours. I told them my problem and he called back saying he shifted things around and was sending someone right away - that's service.

Thank you Stephen's plumbing for your quick and professional service. Luis did a fantastic job unclogging our shower and making sure that everything was working properly. He wore booties inside the house and made sure to clean up the space afterwards. He was very knowledge and professional. Customer service was excellent as well, making sure that an appointment will be made for the client.

Loved that they arrived with a mask and were extremely polite, quick and efficient! The work done was at a reasonable price and they came in the nick of time as my pipe leak was a bit out of control. They saved the day! Galan was super professional. If you're ever in the need of a good plumber or new heater (they installed ours) - I would give them a ring!

I had a water leak in my laundry room/garage and desperately needed someone to come fix it asap because I couldn’t go without water for long and Stephens had no problem coming after 5 pm and quickly fixing my leak. Victor fixed it quickly, well, and was pleasant to talk to. He also fixed it at a reasonable price even though it was after hours. I really appreciate the work this company does. They also fixed our air conditioning at our auto dismantling yard in Wilmington! They have helped us several times and I am grateful for them. Thanks again Stephens!
