Last night I had a plumbing emergency around 9:30 PM. I had discovered that one of the pipes under my house had busted and water was leaking into the foundation of my house. I called them at approximately 10 PM and they answered promptly and were able to help me. Early the next morning someone came to my house and fixed the problem right away, his name was Galan. He was extremely helpful and friendly was able to fix the problem right away. Overall, I was very pleased with his service. Would highly recommend this service for anyone who is in need of an instant plumbing fix. Overall great experience, I will be calling them again next time I have a plumbing problem.

My experience with Stephens Plumbing has been very positive. Galan inspected the problem the morning I called and was able to repair it in 1 day. My tenants had been without water and are very happy for the fast repair. Galan explained the repair that was needed and kept me up to date on the progress. It was a muddy job and the area was cleaned up before he left. I am very happy with the courteous and professional service and would definitely call Stephens if I need plumbing fixes in the future. I have already talked to Galan about some other plumbing repairs. Besides Galan's professionalism and knowledge, I am also impressed by the way Stephens is managed -- dispatch, scheduling and billing is conducted in a very professional way.

Galan diagnosed the problem with the leak, patiently explained exactly what he planned to do, gave me a quote which was the actual cost, and arranged his schedule to fix it. He had to tunnel under a sidewalk and run copper piping to the water main. He completed the work in one day and cleaned up the mud and debris. Since I could not be at the property, Galan kept me and my tenants up to date by telephone. Dave, the dispatcher, and Joanne, the contract administrator, were responsive to my need for a quick repair since my tenants were without water. The whole job was handled very professionally. I would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to my friends, and, in fact, have already planned some additional plumbing work.

Shopping for an air conditioner. I called Stephens, they took my information and said they'd have someone call right away. Rob, my salesman called back the same day and we met the next. Rob is great, showed up on time, professional, friendly, he checked out everything and gave me a good price. They do everything including the electric hook-up. One week later the BIG day arrives! Freddy and Sam came to do the installation and hook-up. These guys are great! Professional, friendly, they were truly amazing. They did such a great job and had fun while they worked. Freddy explained everything they did, showed me how to work everything, he covered all the bases. They cleaned up everything, the only thing they left to show was my brand new air conditioner!!!!!! I'll be using Stephens for all my plumbing, heating and AC needs. Thanks guys, you're the BEST!!!!!

We had a broken valve in our first floor bathroom that was impossible to fix. Victor saved the day by replacing the broken valve as well as the other valve that was starting to corrode. He then installed a bathroom faucet that we had been wanting to install for some time. Thank you, Victor!

I live in Palos Verdes Estates, and I feel as though I get charged a premium when plumbers or electricians come to my house because of my zip code. Kind of annoying, but whatever. I recently renovated my upstairs bathroom, and apparently the workers who demo'd the bathtub tiles allowed debris to fall into the bathtub drain, almost completely clogging it (it was draining fine before the demo). I called Mattucci Plumbing first, and 2 guys tried to snake the drain, which they claimed didn't work. Mattucci Plumbing then told me that it would cost over $3,000 (opening the walls and replacing pipes) to fix it because they couldn't free the debris with the snake. I wasn't happy, and so I called Stephens Plumbing to get a second opinion, and Art came out. I told him that another plumber tried a snake and it didn't free the drain. He told me ""well it wasn't Stephen's Plumbing who tried it"". I laughed politely, but didn't think it would work. Regardless, he was really confident he could fix it and crossed my fingers. Well, it worked! Art diagnosed the problem, went through a main drain area for the snake (instead of through the small bathtub drain), and 30 minutes later my bathtub drain was working perfectly. I didn't have to break open my walls, and he only charged me $200 instead of the $3,000 that the other plumber quoted me. Wow, so glad I got the second opinion from Stephens. Thanks Art, you are awesome. Really polite, very knowledgeable, and obviously really experienced. You are my plumber for life!!! Stephens didn't overcharge me for the work, and knew exactly how to fix it in the least invasive and cost-effective way. I highly recommend calling Stephens, and Art in particular.

Hired Stephens Plumbing to help me figure out why my AC was leaking. Galan showed up and was incredibly friendly and down to earth. He carried himself exactly how you want a service professional to be. Galan gave me sound advice and found some issues that I can't believe the other plumber overlooked. PVC pipes not actually glued together among other things. My experience was fantastic and if I need to hire this company again I will ask for Galan by name! Although based on my experience so far I have to imagine anyone they send will live up to my experience today! Thanks Stephens Plumbing! I appreciate the fair pricing and the honesty! You're now saved in my phone as ""the plumber".

These guys are fantastic. Our AC went out (during a heat wave--no less), and the company I've used a few times before told me ""next week"" before they look at it. So I shopped around Yelp, and came across Stephens. There were so many 5-star reviews, that I decided to call. They had an opening the next day within a 12-4 window time. The van pulled up out front at 12:30 (with a phone call before-hand). Their tech, Matt, went and looked at our old unit and had it running again within 5 minutes. Cold air once again. Great work Stephens! I have a new go-to AC repair company now.

I saw the plumber across the street on a call for my neighbor and I asked if he could take a look at my sink since the pipes were leaking. Jose Galan was the tech. He quickly fixed the leak. I was very happy. He was nice, courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Stephens Plumbing.

I had a major emergency early one morning, and Stephens plumbing was quick to send someone out to help me. Galan and Matt showed up within a matter of minutes, and were so kind and caring. To me, that makes all the difference in the world when having to deal with such a traumatic experience. They really took care of me going above and beyond with their service, and for that I am forever grateful. Thank you, guys!!!
