Our Water Heater stopped functioning. We called Stephens Plumbing and they gave us their next available morning appointment. They called when plumber was on route to our home. Freddy arrived in a uniform and mask. He informed us he was vaccinated but still wears a mask. He called to get another person to help remove & install a new water heater, so it could be installed today. He explained what areas had not been previously installed correctly and that were not up to Code. After installation it was very noticeable that his workmanship is superior to what was done previously. He replaced PVC pipes with Copper. Our Water Heater is now up to Code and we will be recommending Freddy & Stephens Plumbing to our neighbors and will be contacting them for any future repairs!

Drain line was clogged and condensation began pouring out of unit onto my wood floor. Looked for YouTube video for help but these units are not easy to self-service. They vacuumed, used air compressor, and water tested the drain line for the up front service fee charge of $110. Thanks Omar!

I called Stephens for a number of plumbing problems in my recently purchased house. Galan and Williams have both come out to the property on various calls. They were both very professional, competent and friendly. I'm really impressed with the people at Stephens Plumbing and I like that they're a small family business. They have a customer for life in me!

"Matthew was sent this morning to fix my non-draining garbage disposer sink. He was quick to find the problem and fixed it very quickly. The job was done so cleanly too, really appreciate his great manner as well. He even offered to look at another issue I was having..... Making the appointment was also very easy (an actual person answers the phone!!) and accurate. They also called this morning to let me know who was coming at what time, etc. When I have any issues again with plumbing, I would definitely call them. I highly recommend this company!"

Needed routine maintenance on mini-split system. Pancho, the service tech, arrived on time and cleaned the unit really well. He struggled with the particular inverter unit I have (Pioneer 30,000 btu single stage mini split) with disassembly, but he patiently worked through it and left my system running great. He was there well over an hour and charged me $175 for the service. Fair price for what was involved. Will use them again.

Heard some humming coming from the toilet tank and figured it was time to call in a professional. Matthew was nice, professional, courteous and understood the problem right away. He gave me the price for the part and labor and was in and out within the hour. I would say he is the nicest and most efficient plumber I have met. Thanks Matthew!!

We recently bought a new gas wall oven and needed to have the old unhooked and the new one installed. Each step was taken with care, and with a lot of can-do man-ship, as we were not sure of every step to take out the homes original set up. Galan & Robert were careful and knowledgeable each step of the way. They even helped remove the old one after we had a successful first heat up on the oven. So excited & grateful. Thanks guys!

"I just had Matthew (Matt) reset a toilet in my house in The Gardens. He was clean, efficient, and pointed out that the original person who set the toilet - did not even put a wax ring in. He got all this done while I was not there to direct him (lol), when I got there it was done, looked clean and correct - and IS NOT leaking. Matt was friendly, communicative and took a couple of minutes to look at other jobs I need and made suggestion on how to proceed with parts and intended repair. I was impressed. As for Stephen's, I was able to get an appointment in a day. I was treated with good communication and felt respected. They will be my first choice from now on."
