I made a mess of the master bath sink project. My family was mad they had no water and it was 1230pm. I goggled best plumber in lake forest on yelp, and BINGO Stephens showed up. I called and in 90 mins I had the technician fixing my mess. One hour later I had my new double sink facet set fixed and installed. Galani was the true professional from start to finish. I will recommend these guys definitely. Again, I live in South Orange County, and they didn't blink twice about the location. Again thanks Galani and Stephens Plumbing.

This was my first time using your service. You were recommended by my neighbor. It was a very pleasant experience. The person answering was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get a same day appt. The plummer that did the job was very courteous and worked hard to get my kitchen drain open. His name was Manny. I was very happy with his work and with the professional manner shown to me by each person I talked to from the time I called to make an appt .to the end when I called to pay the bill. Thank you very much.

"Called on a Monday about plumbing work (sink), had Victor out Wednesday morning - went great. Great estimate/prices, great work with quality craftsmanship, and took the time to make sure everything was 10/10 before wrapping up. I've used them before for A/C and that also went just as great. Will continue to keep using them!"

We own a home that was built in 1923 & I'm sure our ITT forced air furnace dates back that far. It's served us very well all these years , but lately had trouble getting the pilot lit & lighting the burner. Long Beach gas Dept. got it going a couple of times , but the last time they said we needed a new gas control valve . Long story short , we called Stephens & they sent Pancho out to help us . He arrived early & called first . He was very professional & easy to get along with . When he went into our basement & took a look at our furnace , he knew exactly what had to be done & started taking apart the pipes & hardware , preparing to install the new gas valve assembly , as though he knew this old furnace like the back of his hand !! He didn't waste a minute . Turns out that he had to take the entire furnace apart to work on it. When Pancho finished installing the new gas valve & tested it , he realized that the thermopile also had to be replaced , so he had to take everything apart again & start all over! But he remained calm , cool & good natured & continued working until the job was completed & the heater worked...and his charge was Very Reasonable ! When was the last time anyone remembers giving your plumbing & heating guy a Tip !?! Well, Pancho got one yesterday...and he Deserved It ! Always Call Stephens HVAC for your Plumbing Needs & ASK FOR PANCHO...He's The Man !!

Had a problem with forced air heating. Stephen's plumbing came out the day I called. Turns out I had a gas leak in the attic!! Pancho & Freddy fixed it immediately and were very professional. Also pointed out the ducts were not up to code but did not pressure me to get them taken care of. Very professional, explained clearly. Had to get up in attic and showed me pictures. And no more gas leak! Highly recommend these guys!

Stephens Plumbing checked and then installed a new hot water heater in our home this week. The representative was most knowledgeable, efficient and personable. We called for service (not an emergency) on Saturday afternoon and he was here first thing Monday morning as promised. Excellent rep, excellent company. We refer all our plumbing needs to Stephens.
