I found Stephens Plumbing on Yelp after not being able to schedule my typical "go-to" plumber. I had a mystery leak in the toilet of one of my rental units. I messed with the supply line, the valve, etc but could not find the source of the water. Enter Galan from Stephens Plumbing. Galan showed up on time and quickly diagnosed that I had an almost invisible hairline crack in the tank that was leaking water. At this point my only real option was to replace the toilet which Galan expertly did. Galan was personable, patient and skilled - pretty much everything you can hope for in a service professional. And last but certainly not least - the pricing was extremely fair. I've got another "go-to" plumber.

I called at 8 am about a leak under my sink, and a technician was dispatched same day, arriving earlier than initial time window (as I was told he might, with my ok). Luis quickly diagnosed my problem, educated me on various ways to correct it, including cost and time considerations. He was honest and patient. I was able to make an educated decision about a next move. I will definitely use Stephens Plumbing in the future.

We have used Stephens Plumbing a few times for various projects. Each time, Miguel arrived on time and ready to get the job done. Attention to detail seems hard to come by these days, but with Miguel, there was no shortage of it. They are a little pricey, but the quality of work from him and his team was outstanding. Communication and efficiency is amazing from this company! I got confirmation of my appointment and plenty of notice before they arrived from the dispatcher, and Luis was super friendly and fast. I would recommend them to anyone in the Lomita area! Ask for Luis for the most handsome plumber in the South Bay!

Everyone at this company, from the office staff to the technicians, are very professional and cooperative. Stephens techs are prompt and resolve the problem in an efficient and economical manner. One tech, Oscar, has been very helpful in meeting my plumbing and heating needs by completing the projects on time while saving me money. I highly recommend Stephens Plumbing and Heating to all my relatives and friends to resolve their plumbing and heating problems.
