"It was on a Tuesday evening that I'd called many places before I got to Stephens. One place advertised that they provide emergency services but no one on call today. Another was booked all day tomorrow but had openings on Thursday. When I got to Stephens, I knew they would help because a dispatcher answered the phone. She took my information and said a technician would call me back. Within 10 minutes, Manny called me stating that he was finishing up a job and would help me in about 1.5 hour. He followed up by calling to let me know that he was on his way. When I met him, he said that the clock started at 7:50pm and he finished in about an hour. Also, he had suggested to replace all the toilets since they were old and wasting water. He even offered me a discount for a first time customer. I am definitely going to use him for my properties."

Ok, I am positive without a shadow upon a doubt that I found my plumbing company for the rest of my time here on earth. I wanted to email a photo of what was going on with the pipe under my kitchen sink so I could get an IDEA of WHAT was going on with the leak. Ryan at Stephens Plumbing was the first company out of many to allow me to send an email on this problem. Ok, first test passed in my mind. Finding help for your home is a lot like a relationship. If it starts out BAD in the beginning, its NOT going to get ANY better. Ryan worked with my busy schedule, and got a guy to come on a Saturday morning. Frank showed up and was GREAT. Figured out the PROBLEM that the original sink was higher and the new sink was causing pressure which created a leaky pipe. The rates were very reasonable and I will NEVER use another plumbing company. I am sold. Ask for Frank, you cannot go wrong. But I am guessing that ALL of the guys are GOOD!

Our house went on the market on Saturday and plumbing went sideways on Sunday. I called Stephens on Monday and was lucky enough to get Art. There was major problems under the house and he went right to work for 2 days. Art was fantastic and such a hard worker. Explained every step and got the job done without a mess. As a plumbers daughter, I have had a hard time finding plumbers that don't talk down to me or try to rip us off. This is a great company and Art is fantastic. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed. I'm just sorry I found them just as I am moving out of state. Maybe they will open a branch in Tennessee!

We have used this company many times in the last few years to unplug stopped drains in our house. After going through the same thing many times we knew we had to do some repair work under our house. It was a big expensive job, so we got other estimates, but chose to do the work with this company. Art Alvarez did a great job with our plumbing. His work was well-planned out to minimize the time we had to do without water. Art worked quickly, efficiently, and neatly, and he turned the water back on every night. The job went exactly as planned, and we are very happy with the outcome.
