"This review is to thank the two gentlemen who came to my house and fixed my AC! I didn't get their names but I wanted to leave a review because of their great professionalism and quick service. I had a really great experience from the very beginning when I called for some help. There was a kind woman on the other end of the phone who knew how to deal with flustered me.. got me the first available appointment which was only a few days out and poof, the job was done. Thank you so much and you have made a loyal customer out of me! I'll be sure to send referrals as well. Thanks!"

Pancho was wonderful! He came right on time and was very nice and professional. He had to come back a second time and did so quickly and efficiently. Dave and Joanne in the office were also very prompt and professional. I like how they always answered the phone. Great customer service! I will use Stephen's Plumbing again and highly recommend them. "Miguel and Byron came, diagnosed the work, purchased material, and completed the projects in a 6 hour window. We had several large projects that needed the water drained in our condo complex; a real inconvenience for homeowners. They insisted on giving our homeowners plenty of notice before undertaking the project. They were efficient, courteous and left the project area clean. What a dynamic duo!! We would be happy to work with them again as an association and recommend them to our homeowners. Bev, President of the HOA"

OUTSTANDING!!!! Poncho arrived on time with an eager smile!!! Our heat pump & a/c unit was moving air, but no heat & no cool. Poncho’s excellent experience & well trained eyes was able to diagnose the problem and eagerly troubleshoot the challenge at hand. Poncho found the problem, fixed it & made sure that the cooling worked and then ensured that the heating worked. Cheers to a job well done!!!!!
