"Just had one of the best experiences with a service provider found on yelp ever! Stephens Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning, I am putting y'all on notice, get your man Matthew a raise! The guy went above and beyond in solving our issue at our business so much so he ended up fixing the entire building's plumbing issue all at once! We had been having issues where water would leak out from the bottom of our toilets every time we either flushed or used our washer till eventually our toilets just completely stopped flushing. After asking around it seemed that other units in the building were having the same troubles. I'll be honest I called multiple plumbing services as I was desperate, not wanting to have to close our business due to non-working toilets. Stephens Plumbing was the first to call me back and get me in touch with one of their plumbers, and I am beyond satisfied. They were the first to get back to me! Matthew spent a good 4 hours trying to get the problem fixed. After about an hour with little to no progress, Matthew decided to pull out the 150 foot line to try and clear the blockage. Fast forward another hour and exhausting the entirety of the 150 foot line, I could tell Matthew was feeling defeated as was I. Thankfully Matthew kept trying for another 2 hours till finally he managed to pop whatever was blocking the pipes! Matthew pulled through for not only us, but also all the other businesses next to us as their issues seemed to clear up when he fixed our problem. I honestly can't thank you enough for the great customer service and the dedication to getting the job done. To the prospective customers who are reading this review to help in deciding whether or not to use Stephens Plumbing and Heating, just know if you get Matthew as your plumber / technician you will be getting a guy dedicated to getting the job done, no matter how troublesome it appears to be."

I had a great experience with this company. Professional, polite, reasonably priced, and clean. I got an appointment convenient for my schedule. Williams arrived wearing a company uniform with his name too. As a woman, this made me feel more comfortable. Williams was very thorough explaining what was needed. Not only was the repair done right, he cleaned up the bathroom, left it as he found it. I've had several other plumbing companies that were pigs! This company will be my go to. Thanks Williams!!!

Recently purchased a home in Palos Verdes and wanted some recommendations about my water heater. Art the technician showed up on time, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He provided several options based off my needs as well as did a nice walk thru of other things the house could use. I would highly recommend this company, they have high communication and provide very good work.

Galan is the man! Someone get this man a raise! We will be new to the South Bay and based on our great experience with Galan and team for our house inspection we will likely have Stephens Plumbing be our plumbers. They're so responsive from the first phone call, so organized and really, really knowledgeable. Stephens Plumbing should send Galan out to all new customers. We feel confident working with him going forward.

Highly recommend this company for AC repairs. Gave them a call and within 2hrs came to service my AC. Not only fair pricing but great customer service. Mathew (Matt) did a fantastic job and was very quick and efficient. Got my AC back up and running.
