Excellent service. 4pm Friday and my central ac broke down. I called 5 companies only Stephens was able to show up tonight and get it fixed in no time! Thank you Mr Poncho Casas for saving the day! My family is grateful!

"We called Stephen's to come look at a A/C problem. Had the problem diagnosed within 15-20 minutes. They pulled the motor out so they could find us a new one. Came back by 12:30 pm the next day and replaced it. They checked everything else and we had AC again by 1:30. Now, like mentioned before on another review we are a married couple (two woman) and had 2 other company's out to look at this problem before Stephen's and the other two gave us estimates of $1500. and $1,900. dollars to fix. One of the company's is recommended on KFI AM radio. The tech's from Stephen's who came were knowledgeable and explained very simply what was wrong and how they fixed it. We also explained that we are on a fixed income and take care of my father who is 90 years old and they were very, very fair on pricing with us. I would HIGHLY Recommend Stephen's Plumbing to Family and Neighbors and WILL. S & K Harris, San Pedro, CA"

My heater stopped working and I called Stephens after talking to a friend who had just used them. Omar came out and was absolutely amazing. He is one of the nicest friendliest guys I've ever met and he was completely knowledgeable and informative. He had my floor heater problem fixed in about 10 minutes and I now have heat just in time for the colder nights! I highly recommend them and will use them exclusively for my heating & plumbing needs.

I have used this company for years and can't recommend them enough. As a single mom, I was always worried that repair people might try to take advantage of my limited mechanical knowledge. Never this company, though. Yesterday evening my house filled with smoke from the furnace in the attic. After the firemen left, my first call last night was to Stephens Plumbing. They fit me into their schedule before 9am this morning.. Thanks to Chris and Matt from Stephens Plumbing. They got here almost before the smoke had cleared. New furnace installed! Kudos to Oscar and Antony who were here to fix an unrelated air-conditioning problem two weeks ago. They carefully explained everything they did. Excellent work!

Plumbing may seem expensive yet necessary. What I was unaware of this this Company's longevity, and Community service. They have a new crew, are on time, and call if an emergency comes up. Our Community relies on Stephens plumbing for their annual preventative maintenance. This prevents expensive problems and avoids unsanitary damages. Remember, your bill goes further helping others. We need to work together in prevention and community services!

Manny came out the night after I called and fixed my clogged tub in less than an hour! Very quick, clean, and professional. I have used their emergency 24/7 line when a pipe burst and got the same GREAT service. I highly recommend Stephens plumbing!
