Just wanted to give a shout out to Stephens for their great installers of HVAC units. Yesterday, Omar, Chris and Matt came over to install our new Bryant and Carrier units with Honeywell thermostat. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, dependable, helpful and professional--wow, so refreshing! I interviewed 3 other AC companies and chose Stephens to do the job. So happy I did! Anybody out there who needs a new central air system, contact Stephens--they are the best!! Thanks so much, guys!

Victor has replaced three faucets and out-dated valves in my bathrooms. He and Manny changed the shower mixer which involved tearing through the tile. They covered up the area with the new fixture and left everything looking like new.

We have been using Stephens for our plumbing needs for years after the last plumber we had flaked out on us. They've always been reliable, and this last job was no exception. We had a line break under our house on a Friday night (Friday the 13th, with a full moon to boot!), and we had to turn off our water to the house. We called Stephens on Saturday morning and spoke with a very nice dispatcher. Despite it being a busy weekend he managed to send out Victor who quickly assessed the problem. Since it was a two person job, he wasn't able to fix it right away, so Monday morning he returned with his helper Arturo and finished the repairs before noon. Thank you, Stephens!

I also asked him if we would be able to fix a shower valve in the same bathroom. He also fixed that very quickly. I will hire him again, and your company the next time we have a problem with or plumbing."
