My heating/air conditioning ducts were in need of replacing. I had several vendors in for a quote. All but Stephens used this as an entry to sell me expensive upgrades or hardware and failing this became non-responsive or returned a high quote. Stephens on the other hand was extremely responsive and professional plus they gave me a very reasonable quote. The actual crew Mike and Matt were beyond excellent. They were hard working, clean and more than happy to make several changes or suggestions that i wished and very willing to explain to me what they were doing. They deserve to be rewarded for their work. The overall supervisor stopped by once or twice a day to check on the job and to make sure that I was satisfied. Stephens is a very well run company from top to bottom. I highly recommend them.

Called on a Friday morning to set up an appointment to have someone take a look at my air conditioning. They were able to send someone out same day. Prices was reasonable and comparable to other local services. Pancho, the technician, was professional, on time and took his time to explain what he did and recommended. Will definitely call them again if needed.

Luis came out to unclog a toilet, called before arriving, showed up promptly and unclogged the toilet very fast. I have used Stephens Plumbing in the past and would definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs. Trustworthy, honest, reliable and fair prices. Highly recommended!!!

I have never felt compelled to write a review for a plumbing company, but in one month I have experienced every plumbing emergency nightmare! I am a property manager for both residential and commercial properties and decided to try Stephens Plumbing for my first disaster (pipe burst) on a Sunday. Manny was the first Stephens Super Hero that came to my rescue. The next super hero was David who patiently worked hard to repair several gas leaks. I was so impressed by the professionalism and sense of urgency they showed. I called Stephens out 6 more times in one month and each visit they went above and beyond. And I can't thank the office staff enough for their polite patience with me! As much as I don't want to share them with anyone else, they definitely deserve to be recognized for their 5 star service. Thank you!

Kudos to Cory and Arturo for handling our plumbing issue, keeping us up to date on arrival time, doing a great job and making recomendations that will save us future service calls. These gentlemen are true professionals, customer care oriented and I hope we'll get them for future plumbing concerns.
