I had a clog in my tub/shower drain line. I tried another plumbing company to snake the line, but they were unsuccessful and recommended an expensive hydro jet as the next option. I called Joanne at Stephens Plumbing and she was able to get me on the schedule for the same day. Jose, my technician, called and arrived on time and was very professional. Jose was able to successfully snake and clear the blockage without a hydro jet! Thanks for a great experience.

Thank You, Miguel, for the great job you did removing the copper plumbing that had pin holes leaks between our condo walls! Your service, communication with my mom, and ultimate completion, was flawless. All this was happening on the night before I left for a work trip. You took the time to cover my furniture, protect my floor, and left my place so clean! Thank You, from both myself and my mom!!

I contacted Stephens Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning yesterday evening after I learned that my water heater was leaking. Since it was after hours, I decided to wait until the next day to have someone come out. I had planned to call to set an appointment for today, but Stephens was really on top of it and contacted me right when they opened. It was easy to get the appointment scheduled and I was pleased that there was no charge for the initial evaluation/estimate. Luis came out to give the estimate and I have to say that he was awesome. He was very thorough and I really appreciated the time that he took to explain what he was doing and more importantly, he "schooled" me on how to perform annual maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of my new water heater. Thanks again, Luis!!!!

The team at "Stephens Plumbing, Heating and Air" in San Pedro are FANTASTIC & EFFICIENT!! Monday 5/13/19 Dave took my service call and sent service tech Poncho out to check out our system the within 2 hours. On Tuesday 5/14/19 work was approved by our HOA and appointment was set for Wednesday. On Wednesday 5/15/19 service techs Chris & Matt came out and completed needed repairs and ran new copper lineset with cover. They were professional, courteous and cleaned up their work areas! I've called Stephens Plumbing a couple times now and they are always fast, efficient and reasonable. Jose and Cory came last time and were able to figure out what was going on with our pipes and provide an estimate for the work needed in no time.
