I highly recommend Stephens Plumbing for all of your residential needs I called in yesterday morning and spoke to Joanne who set me up with an appointment for the very next day ( today) to replace and j stall a new toilet that I purchased elsewhere I received a confirmation phone call early this morning from Allen this morning to let me know that the technician Luis was on his way Luis showed up within the hour and installed the new toilet and disposed of the old one-all work done within an hour! Joanne, Allen and Luis were all professional , communicated everything clearly, and addressed all of my concerns They are a tight knit team Stephens Plumbing re the folks to go to for any plumbing issues that you have

Jose and Cory came out today to service my tankless water heater. They were very professional and punctual. They quickly ascertained the problem and had it all taken care of very quickly. Also diagnosed some problems that were being effected by the water heater problems. Super great experience and we'll have them back next year for annual service

Had a toilet that was a bit loose, called up Stephens Plumbing and they sent out Luis earlier than scheduled and he had the whole thing taken care of before I realized it! Excellent work and professional ethics! Will definitely use again!

I see these guys all over town. Our water heater broke down. The moment we got a replacement part we called them over, they came the next day, got a guy named Luis. As he drained and replaced the part he had helpful advice that I won't expand on here. I'm surprised how quickly all of this went.

Yes they are good plumbers no doubt here. They have done a lot of repairs in our whole condo building. Many many leaks. Friendly. I believe I know all of their names. They have also done work in my unit and did a fine job. They clean up their mess too. Can't think of anything else to add.

Luis was amazing! Turns out we had a full sized bottle of cough syrup in our toilet compliments of the kiddos. Luis didn't stop until he figured out the problem, and he also replaced two different parts of the toilet in no time. Thanks!

We had a small issue with the coil that went from the toilet to the wall. Victor came out to replace it and he was awesome. He checked out our downstairs toilet to make sure it was good and even glanced at our faucets. He noticed a crack at the bottom of our toilet tank and said to keep an eye on it. He told me what kind of toilet to buy when we decided to and then just call for an install. Sure enough, the time came soon so we bought a tank and he came out and installed it. That saved us some money. Fast forward to a few months later and the coil from the wall to the water heater started leaking! We called and they sent out William's to fix it. He was just as great and helpful. He answered some questions I had on tankless vs. Tank heaters and even took a look at our other plumbing making sure everything was working great. The office people are great too. The keep you informed on arrival times and such. I will only use these guys forsure!
