Stephens came out next day to run a camera through our main line. Luis was out tech, and we was very helpful. We weren't sure where our clean out was, he helped up find it. Once he found it, it was covered in stucco and he removed the stucco and didn't charge us extra. Their price was very fair, they came quick and he even smelled good!

Stephens proved to be top notch. They gave me a very competitive quote for an upgraded HVAC system, were able to accommodate my crazy schedule, and they knocked it out in 1 day. Chris and Matt worked the inside while Oscar did most of the outside upgrades and they were all very knowledgeable and respectful. I appreciate they're attention to detail as well as guiding me through all of the things they replaced. I also appreciate the cleanliness they maintained throughout the job considering they had to crawl through tight spots with insulation everywhere. I would totally have these guys do work for me again and am planning on having them maintain this system for me because of their work. Thanks again fellas!

Great customer service. Called them and they came out promptly to check on my clients heater. Even though it was an old floor furnace, which alot of Heating companies don't even want to touch. They knew exactly what to do and how to get the pilot light lit. They also did went under the house to see the condition of the floor furnace and amazingly did not try to upsell us on a new heater. They were very honest and said that it was amazingly in good condition! Thank you Stephens Plumbing & Heating. Also, bill was very reasonable! I will definitely recommend you again!

I had a leaking pipe under my sink right next to electrical outlets. I was very worried it might short my house. Called Stephens plumbing at 4 pm on Friday, they were here at 12 pm on Saturday. They called to update me on Jose's ETA numerous times. He came early which was great! Jose was awesome! He Over communicated and and walked me through exactly what he was doing and gave me multiple cost effective options. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Luis has been very helpful in fixing our pipe leak. We came back from vacation and walked into a pipe leak above our bathroom ceiling. I called Stephens and they were quick to respond. Luis was very nice and took care of our problem right away.
