I just got a new Carrier furnace ~ Bryant 95% High Efficiency model ~ set up in my home in San Pedro. It works amazing well, displacing lusciously dry warm and cool air throughout my home in mere minutes. It's a snap to operate. The crew that completed the installation ~ Anthony, Chris, and Freddy ~ were fantastic. They really made it seem like the appliance they were putting in my house was the most important job they've ever done. I am so impressed. And my house feels so cozy! Highly recommend.

I'm taking this opportunity to thank and commend Gary Stephens, president of ""Stephens Plumbing and Heating Inc."" and two of his fine Journeymen employees,Arturo Alfaro and Manuel Pineda. Gary was very quick to respond when we found our gas line from meter to house began leaking, making it critically unsafe along its entire 30 foot length. Repairs included hand digging a 2 foot deep trench along the entire 30 feet which was extremely difficult in our particular location. Arturo and Manuel labored intently, without stopping to, complete the repairs and restore our landscape to its original condition. Gary closely monitored and expedited the entire repair and reconstruction. The dedication and true professionalism of each of the aforementioned individuals reflects great credit upon themselves and the entire Stephens Plumbing and Heating organization. I highly recommend these folks and will certainly, with great confidence, employ them again in the future. Joe mancuso

Jose & Cory have been so great to work with! We live in a condo building that has frequent issues and they are both always so on top of things and professional. They do their best to get to the problem as quickly as possible and always keep us well informed of issues they find. Plumbing issues can be a headache, but working with them always relieves my stress!

I have used Stephens twice and both times they were great! Most recently I had Stephens fix a serious leak and Mr. Williams was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem and thoroughly reviewed plans to repair it. He went over the piping being used and kept invasive holes to run the piping to a bare minimum. Communication by Allen the dispatcher was excellent, letting me know when Mr. Williams would arrive well in advance. Mr. Williams did an A+++ job. Highly recommend Stephens.
