Things were not done properly with the original furnace so it took extra work on their end but they were happy to do it. They provided a lot of information, did great work and were very personable. Highly recommend Stephens P H & A. Jose is great. He came out to fix my plumbing. He took the time to explain the problem and give me advice so it would not happen again. They are fair and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Also they were prompt and called to let me know when they were on the way so I wasn't just waiting around. Thank you Jose.
