On Christmas Eve, with family present and festivities about to begin, our kitchen sink became badly clogged. After trying to fix it ourselves, to no avail, I made a half dozen calls to other companies, who either gave us astronomical estimates for coming after hours on a holiday, or who said they were too busy to help, I called Stephens Plumbing. With a really reasonable quote and a quick time frame for arrival (a little over an hour), we readily agreed. The telephone rep was polite and professional in our conversation. Almost exactly an hour later, Victor arrived. He was extremely professional, pleasant and understanding and made quick work resolving our issue. We paid exactly what we were quoted and Victor made it a relatively painless process, especially considering it was a holiday and we were, before his arrival, completely stressed over the situation. I say, with all sincerity, that Stephens Plumbing and Victor saved our Christmas. We will definitely be keeping their number on hand for any future plumbing needs.

We have had Stephen's out here a bunch of times, they've snaked our lines a couple times and always been professional and courteous. They respond quickly and arrived on time, even calling to let me know they would arrive at the tail end of the scheduled time range. Luis was efficient and resolved the problem quickly and was very polite.

I was pleased from the price, my salesperson, Rob, to the install crew, Chris and Anthony. The price came in less than two other companies, Rob was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and Chris and Anthony were professional, clean and friendly as well! I would use their services again when it comes time to install A/C!

Chris and Byron were sent out on a Saturday morning to replace our in wall gas heater. Chris was training Byron. They both were extremely positive, informative, and courteous. Byron is an extremely polite and smiling person I'd say constantly the whole time. Chris was professional, honest, and forthcoming with all details. Both were outstanding representatives of the company, and we intend to definitely use again.

Omar was awesome!!! He was timely, friendly and got the job done. Our central heater was broken, and Omar understood and told us that we needed to get it fixed ASAP due to having a baby in the house. He worked through a solution and got our heater working again in no time. Thanks so much for your speedy, professional and reliable service.

We used Stephen's plumbing to install a new AC/heater unit. The person I spoke with on the phone was very professional and gave me a confident feeling of their company. Rob came out to try to fix it, but he said it was time for a new one. The quote they gave me was better than other companies, and Rob assured me they will do a good job. Chris and Andrew came out a week later and they worked hard! They both were professional, updated me on the progress and cleaned up afterwards so there was no mess. You can tell they wanted to do a good job and they were great!
