"I am giving Stephens Plumbing and Heating a five star review! I was looking for a local company to repair my heater and to do some plumbing work. I found Stephens on Yelp and called them because of all the positive reviews. Two wonderful technicians were sent the same day I called and they both did excellent work; solving both of my plumbing and heating issues. Poncho, the heating technician was knowledgable and super nice. He had my 50's era heater repaired and working within an hour. Later in the day, Luis arrived to do a main line clean out and a kitchen faucet installation. Again, super nice and knowledgable; completing each job efficiently. We will call Stephens back for any future needs! Lorie S."

"Ouf furnace went out with the first winter storm of the season--which happens to everyone whose furnace is going to go out, so the people we regularly use were booked already for a whole week. The power had gone out with the storm, common to PV, and when it came back on an electrical surge fried our electric motor for the fan of our gas furnace. I made several calls and found all of the heating companies booked out for days, but when Iphoned Stephen's they were true to their website claim and sent a tech within an hour. It was Poncho and he couldn't have been more professional or kind. We trusted his assessment and could see that he really worked it on the supply end, even though the part needed would take several days to come in. He went over and above to get the part and install it. Stephen's also referred us to a great rooking company who gave the same great service to repair the seal around our furnace vent in the roof, where water was defending the pipes and (separate from the fan motor issue) putting out our igniter. Stephen's also advised a surge protector that we could buy online and install ourselves so that we won't burn out another motor!"

I just want to say that Stephens is the first place I Call now to fix our heater/AC Unit. I called another company because of a Home Warranty but they couldn’t figure out the reason our heater wouldn’t work, but when I called Stephen’s they sent Omar and he figured it out thankfully.

"Stephens Plumbing is well known in South Bay, they started their operation in the 80's with 1 truck and grew to one of the biggest plumbing companies in that area. They installed an 36 gal electrical water heater in one of the rental units in Miraleste Canyon Estates in San Pedro some time ago and upon recent inspection I found out that the connector fitting between the flex pipe and the water heater was corroded because of the previous installation error. After sending them email with photos and couple of phone calls they send a plumber who took care as a warranty repair. Excellent customer service by Joan - she knows how to make a customer happy without sending him on a wild goose chase and Ryan and Greg who saw the photos and authorized warranty repair. If you want a company who stands behind their work and wont give you a run around when warranty issues come up - give them a call"

Omar Garcia is the best HVAC tech out there!! He is always at your services. We use him a lot at my job and you can always count on him. If you want someone that explains the issue thoroughly to you and gives the best recommendations then he is your guy! Make sure you ask for him when you set up an HVAC appointment. 5/5 for sure!!!

Excellent service. Finally found a place I can trust. The serviceman I had, Omar, was great. I found them to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and friendly. I have used them a few times for my heating and air and they have been able to fix the problems quickly.

Excellent service by Omar and the Stephens crew for us today. They were very busy, but understood that I needed urgent help with my furnace failure, so they accommodated me on the same day. Omar arrived and diagnosed the problem quickly. I felt he was totally honest and capable from the start. He got things back in order and operational quickly and efficiently...and we was very friendly!

Turned our heater on for the first time this season, and nothing. auto pilot came on, but burner would not light and forced air would not blow. Called Stephen's. Omar came to the house a couple hours later and got us fixed right up. Excellent service! 35 year old heater working again with a new electrical module that he had on his truck. Very happy. Thank you Omar!
