"We got hit by wind storm last night and SCE outages and power surges. Had to call Stephen's Plumbing for service on a Sunday. Omar arrived cheerful, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. What a blessing! We really appreciate the great service, the quick response and the friendly willingness to explain everything He was checking and doing and what needed to be done for repairs. Had a heating failure overnight on a Friday. Omar was able to make a quick visit by 1:00 on that same day Saturday. Did a great job of troubleshooting and found a small capacitor that needed swapped. Also added a Wi-Fi thermostat on the same call for no extra charge. Great operation from start to finish and could not be more happy with the results. Thanks.

Today, Chris and Anthony replaced my Forced Air Heater and did an excellent professional job - from removing the old heater to replacing the new heater to replacing the thermostat. They explained the process, and step by step completed each step in a timely fashion and removed all the trash as well as recyclable parts - I like such environmental awareness which also shows business knowledge. Thanks Stephens, and thanks Rob- who came out to review the job to estimating and following up with the city of Rancho P V for the permit and inspection and thanks Chris and Anthony for an excellent job. Visited this place to buy a part and ask some questions and ended up not needing anything but the owner went out of his way to help me and even had one of his employees call me to check my high pressure switch. The fact that he didnt even profit from trying to help me speaks volumes of this business ethics. Had I lived closer to this place, it would be my first choice.

I had previously used them a year ago for installation of a water pressure regulator because my incoming pressure was over 130 psi. This summer my air conditioner broke during end of July and Chris was able to order a big Maytag unit and scheduled installation within two weeks. Freddy the master technician was super knowledgeable! He was very professional and patiently answered all my questions. He works in a methodical way and does not take short cuts. All four guys (Chris, Freddy, Andrew and Anthony) came and banged it out in one afternoon and my house is cool again. Highly recommended!

These guys are great! We have used them for plumbing and AC and we have always been very pleased with their work. They are responsive, professional and courteous. Most recently we had them perform a complete AC/Heating install and Freddy, Andrew, Anthony and Chris were awesome. Could not be happier. Ask for Omar when you call and he will get the project started right.
