My drains were backed up and it was late at night. I called and Louis answered and he was out my house in less than an hour like he said he would be. He then worked tirelessly to find and fix the clog. I would highly recommend them and glad they can be reached 24/7.

Stephens Plumbing, Heating and Air is great! My air conditioner died and a neighbor of mine recommended Stephens. They sent Poncho out the next day. I was really nervous because my air conditioning unit is more than 20 years old plus it's pretty inaccessible on my roof and for replacement, a crane has to be brought out and it can be quite expensive. I was so relieved when Poncho was able to diagnose the problem within 30 minutes and he was able to order the part and repair the fan that was in my attic. It took a couple of days to get the part in, but Poncho was great about contacting me and letting me know when he was going to be able to return to finish the repair. I have nothing but good things to say about this company, not only was Poncho wonderful, but even the individuals who answer the calls are extremely nice and really great about getting back to you. I will be recommending Stephens (and Poncho) to my neighbors!

Our A/C thermostat needed to be updated, I tried to do it myself and was not able to figure out how to wire a new thermostat. The man on the phone answered all my questions and I didn't feel pressure to schedule or order anything. I booked an appointment scheduled within a 2 hours window. Right on time I recieved a phone call from Poncho to announce he was arriving. He was very nice came up with all the equipment needed right away, you could tell he was ready! Poncho suggested the new thermostat we should get, offering other option just in case, he announce the price that was matching the quote they gave me over the phone. Tested everything made sure we were happy before leaving. That was fair pricing, efficient visit with professional advice. I recommend this company.
