These guys have been great. Was given the run around by several HVAC companies. One of which just shrugged his shoulders and walked off. Finally, Stephens identified the problem and we were good to go. Today we had some duct work repaired. They were in and out in 30min. Thanks!

We lost our long-time plumber tragically, and have found it very difficult to replace him. Stephen's plumbing showed up with their honest and timely service -- filling the void we felt so deeply. Miguel came to the job site and was thorough, easy going and great at communicating how he would tackle the job, what materials he would need etc. It was an old house with lots of unorthodox pipes and water lines, he not only installed 5 toliets, 2 bidets, dishwasher a garbage disposal, he also tested all the sinks and showers and some unexpected leaks. Miguel turned what would otherwise be a headache in home ownership into a delightful couple days! Would highly recommend.

On the hottest day of the year my AC went out, of course. Not really knowing anyone in town I called Sears to come out, tell me if it was able to be repaired (it's very old) and if not, give me a quote on a new one. He quickly said it was not able to be repaired and quoted me between 14k and 16k for a new unit. I tried not to panic and thanked him. Of course he wanted an immediate commitment. Ha! This brings me to Stephens. I called them on the 2nd hottest day of the year and spoke to Ryan. He was very nice and said although they were swamped he would try to get to me. He called me a few hours later and said Oscar was on his way. Oscar showed up, went to look at the unit, came down with a small fuse in his hand. Come to find out, that's all it needed!!! For the price of a service call, he saved my sanity and my personality cuz I found out that when it passes 100 in the house both degrade dramatically. I know this AC is elderly and soon it will need to be replaced, I know that only Stephens will do that for me. Thank you so much Ryan and Oscar!!!

This plumbing company has saved my place more times than I can count. Luis did an exceptional job on a project that I thought would take hours he did it in only a handful and was clean meticulous and made sure everything was great before he left. This company is honest and they will come back if their work needs fixing. I highly recommend them as they always are able to send someone and have a courteous staff and the plumbers take precautions to clean up after themselves and during their work.

My wife and I needed to install a water softener in our condo for the arrival of our newborn baby. In came David to the rescue. He did the most amazing job I could have ever imagined, the work was great and I will be recommending him to all my friends and family. I am always worried about plumbing because the wrong job could cause so many problems for a home, so I feel so much at ease to have a family Plummer that I can trust with any job.

I called on Monday morning because the hot water pressure was low. Got an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. I like that I received a cal beforehand stating the plumber (Victor) was still on his way and they hadn't forgotten about me. Victor diagnosed the issue right away and said he would be back the next morning to replace the water heater. Great quick service! And exceptional customer service!!

My home experienced an unfortunate Water Heater leak at 11:30 PM last night. My wife and I are by no means handy but we were able to at least shut off the pilot light. Unfortunately we could not figure out how to shut off the water to the unit, and we couldn't shut off the main water valve to the home as we lacked the proper tools (every hardware store was closed at this point). After calling 7 different companies that were supposedly 24/7 and getting the run-around by their people (half of the companies I called it went straight to voicemail, as for the others they only mentioned they would try dispatch but no call was made to me informing me of an available tech) I found Stephen's whose technician Victor gave me a call within 15 minutes. In order to save us money, he tried to ask if we tried several things to mitigate the damages (i.e shutting off the water to the unit, shutting off the main water valve, seeing where the leak could be). After asking him to come as I could not resolve this issue myself (it was also 1:00 AM and the water spilling out of the water heater was causing me high blood pressure and stress) he said he would arrive within 30 minutes. Sure enough he did and began diagnosing the issue. He was able to shut off water to the unit and recognized immediately there was a bad flex (water going into the unit). He went to his truck and replaced it and voila, no more leaks. I did have to ask him to turn the pilot light on and things were humming along. The next morning (3 hours later) I showered in preparation for work and I guess having the water shut off to the unit will cause temporary water pressure spikes which is normal. It would have been nice for him to tell us that as I wasn't aware but I was happy things were finally working. I was okay with the high "emergency rate" fee given how late it was and was very pleased with the quick and responsive repair. I will gladly look to them to do services for my home in the future.

Luis and Arturo did a great job and worked fast to fit my schedule. The price was reasonable too.
