A big shout-out to this 24-hour plumbing service in San Pedro, CA. Hector arrived on time within the specified hours, and knew what he was doing. No one wants to have a 3-sink clog-up on a Saturday night while they're preparing to go away and have house sitters come in, but that's what happened to us. Hector was courteous, smart and took care of the problem quickly. I can't say enough about his helpful attitude and professionalism, and his remarkable good humor considering that he's called in on a beautiful Sunday. Thank you Stephen's Plumbing for having the good sense to have Hector on your team, and for providing excellent service!

I'd like to say thanks to Trevor and Chris who did an awesome job on replacing my heater. They were not only courteous and professional but went above and beyond in their conscientious attitude towards their work. They were very clear in taking ultimate responsibility for the outcome of the work and especially concerned with safety and the upmost level of quality. As a customer they have my highest recommendation. The final result of their effort was great and I have full confidence in the quality of their engineering. Especially when dealing with gas appliances it is very reassuring to know that you have people with the absolute best attitude, professionalism, care and consideration doing the job. Thanks again guys, I appreciate your work.

I was very pleased with the work that Hector, the Stephens Plumbing Co., plumber who came to my home in San Pedro two days ago. He arrived on time, and I received a phone call 10 minutes before he arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my water heater vent and said he would order a new part and call me when it is received. He also checked out my two gas fireplaces that I thought might be leaking gas. He tested all the valves and told me that there was no leak in either fireplace . . . saving me money on repairs. I would definitely use Stephens Plumbing again, and would ask for Hector. Don R.

Just had a new HVAC installed by Chris & Trevor. I was not looking forward to the day but everything went very smooth. A team of four arrived on time to get the job started. They were clean and professional. I would recommend Stephens plumbing, a family owned business.

Freddie, Chris and Trevor just left after installing a 5 ton heating and air conditioning system to our home in Signal Hill. What a professional team. They arrived right on time, were very knowledgeable and worked cleanly. Answered my many questions and even sanded and painted the area where my new thermostat was installed. Helped me program my new wireless thermostat so I can control the comfort of my home from my phone. What a terrific job!!! Would highly recommend

First time using Stephens Plumbing. They were highly recommended by our neighborhood. Called them and showed up on time. I very much appreciated Hector and Arturo as they were very helpful and elucidated the issue. They even recommended what our best options are moving forward (even if we were not to call them back). I am very impressed and value their honesty. I might add - they are very respectful as well. Hubby and I have gone through several plumbers and no one has given us any good information on determining what the issue was. Some plumbers didn't even show up with right equipment. Thank you, Stephens Plumbing! My hats off to your employees Hector and Arturo. They are the best!!! Five stars!

Excellent service! Hector and Andrew are awesome! They showed me what they were doing every step of the way and explained everything to me. Super polite and helpful. Since I know nothing about this stuff, they made me feel very comfortable and not taken advantage of at all. So glad I called Stephen's.
