Called Stephen's plumbing early Saturday morning after having to turn off our water in the middle of night because a pipe was leaking under the house. Hector and Andrew arrived in a very timely manor after being warned that they were having a busy morning. They diagnosed the problem very easily, went to get the part they needed, installed new piece and we had running water again in under an hour. Very fast and efficient.

I had a leak, and found Stephen's plumbing through yelp. I really needed someone today as all of the water had to be shut off and I had 3 people in the house who need water. The person whom I spoke to on the phone was very cordial and helpful. I believe it was Ryan. They were able to come out today. I called many other companies who were booked solid. So, I'm writing this review in advance, but I must say that my experience with Stephen's Plumbing so far has been as good as it could get for me under this circumstance. Will follow up after the job, to share our experience. The dispatcher promised to call back shortly, which he did, and was able to schedule me in the same day between 3:30 and 4:30. They sent out their technician named, Louie. Louie was great! Nice young man. He was very helpful and fixed our problem. After he welded pipes together he took time to go over everything and make sure the job was done right and no more leaking would occur and checked all around. He asked me if I knew about their pricing? I said "no", I hadn't asked. He proceeded to tell me, and it was very reasonable! I am extremely happy with the job they did in every way and will definitely use them again if I need someone! I am grateful to have 3 people not miserable left without water for a day or too! Thanks Stephen's Plumbing!!!

I had a leak, and found Stephen's plumbing through yelp. I really needed someone today as all of the water had to be shut off and I had 3 people in the house who need water. Cobos Casa had a new plumbing issue, one phone call and another visit by David from Stephens fixed what appeared to be years worth of clogging before moving in six months ago and correctly installed our dishwasher that our contractors reversed the cold and hot water. Stephens Plumbing is our first call for small and big issues. Thanks.

My heater needed to be repaired - I was quoted $2000 from another company and decided to call Stephens Plumbing, Heating and AC for a second opinion. I'm glad I did. Omar came out and thought maybe the repair would cost $500. After inspecting the unit and identifying the problem he determined that the $105 initial fee would cover the repair and get me through the winter. Because of Omar's prompt and honest work I will definitely be using them for my new HVAC installation in the near future.

This was my first time using Stephens and I'm happy I did. After calling another company in the area and being told I would have to wait until after the holidays in order to get my heat fixed I was very disappointed. I found Stephens and quickly called to request service, they scheduled me for the very next morning. Omar was my service technician and he was very professional and did an amazing job at educating me on my furnace. He was very quick and didn't leave a mess. I'm so thankful because I thought my family would have to spend Christmas and New Years in a freezing cold house. Thanks to Stephens and Omar we will have a WARM and Joyful Holiday.

I had a few plumbing issues in my new house. They arrived during the time frame as promised. Hector the was professional and knowledgeable. They gave me a fair price and completed the work quickly. Thanks guys this will make the holidays a lot less stressful.

Furnace repairs and installations are expensive, so I did thorough research and found that Stephens not only gave excellent service but was also the least expensive of several heating companies I contacted. The technicians are highly skilled and personable. I previously had my heater moved to the attic and asbestos removed from the vents. Some parts of the heater were not functioning perfectly after the move and Stephens men replaced the parts at no extra charge. There's a reason they have been in business for so long: They are the best.
