My shower valve was leaking, so I called Stephen's, as I have done in the past. Hector came out to look at the situation and ordered the part. He later installed the valve, which had a defect, so he got another and installed that, no extra charge. In the process, Hector identified a leak in the wall from a shower arm above the shower valve and fixed that, too, just for the cost of the new shower arm. Everything is working smoothly now, and I recommend Stephens and Hector highly. I would also say that I was very comfortable with the respect Hector showed me and my home.

Great end result. Replaced broken water heater. The new water heater works well and was expertly installed. "William" and "Manny P." were very conscientious, and the lead guy William was very knowledgeable about the task. Arrived 1.5 hours after 12-2 time promised, but I cannot complain since my job ran over the expected time when the water heater would barely drain (probably due to sediment buildup over 12 years). The guys agreed to wait for the water heater to drain (we needed to get it done Sat. and not wait until Monday), and their boss approved, even though it would be MANY hours. Fortunately, I located a compressor and the guys used it to open the clogged drain an hour later, so waiting turned out to be the right decision. The job still took 4.5 hours (until 8 p.m.) and we appreciated the guys staying to get the job done on a Sat. night.

These guys are really great! I called Stephens and Allen answered the phone. He provided great customer service and an ETA when the tech, David, was set to arrive. It is a tenant owner situation and completely worked around my hectic schedule. David crawled under my house and did a full inspection and let me know what was going on and took pictures for me. Seriously great service. Would highly recommend! Thanks David and Allen!!

You were there a few days and got the Job done right the first time . You guys make a great team and are true Professionals . My work is up and running . And thanks for cleaning up after yourself​'s that was nice . Will recommend you guys to everyone.

The toilet flush mechanism had been failing, and then around midnight on Friday the thread of the faucet controlling its water supply suddenly would no longer shut off. So... how to get it all fixed quickly, efficiently, and economically? Fortunately, there were several five-star reviews of Stephens Plumbing on Yelp. A phone call around 9.30am Saturday was actually greeted with an apology that as only two plumbers were working that day, they couldn't get someone to us until between 2-4pm that afternoon... and I'd been thinking that we'd have to wait until Monday at the earliest! Stephens called just after 2pm to say their plumber, Williams, would be with us within 45 mins. In fact he arrived in a half-hour, and just over an hour later everything had been fixed. Williams couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant, explaining also the need to keep the correct water level in the cistern for maximum efficiency. Five stars all round, both for Stephens' responsiveness to the initial request and then Williams' work. Thank you - and a very reasonable total bill too!
