Williams was the plumber who came to our house. Excellent service, fast, v. professional and explained problem in detail. Needed a technician for a Saturday emergency. They showed up in a few hours and got my air conditioner working. The technician was professional and the charge was very reasonable. My regular technicians would only come out if it was an emergency by their definition. I'm switching. Thank you Stephens Plumbing!!!!

Freddy from Stephens is fantastic! He has been extremely helpful throughout the process of installing new A/C (and it hasn't been easy). Even though there have been issues along the way (none of which were Stephens' doing), Freddy has been on top of all of them, kept us well informed of the progress & has done everything in his power to get the job done quickly and accurately. Not only does he demonstrate excellent customer service, he is extremely knowledgeable and isn't afraid of hard work. Stephens stays true to their customers with excellent pricing. They don't add charges when there is more labor involved than they estimated.

On Sunday, I had an emergency around 10am, when a clogged drain cause water to pour out if my downstairs bathroom. I contacted my homeowners warranty compamy which was no help, as they could not send someone out today. Best they could do was have their company call me back with 48 hours. I called the local plumbing, Stephens, and I was promised it would be completed today. Louie the plumber called me immediately and set up the appointment. He arrived around 1:30pm. He fixed the issue very fast. Very professional and friendly employee, I'm hoping all companies hire someone like Louie. I recommend this plumbing company as they were able to fix this issue on a Sunday. Price was fair and service reliable.

Jose & Cory were great helping first to hydojet our main sewer drain that was completely clogged due to the the neighbors tree roots. It was so bad that we had to arrange for the city clay tile side (where the problem was) to be re-lined to permanently correct the situation. It was complicated and a big task. Jose always kept us informed as to the work process. I would recommend them to anyone.

There always seems to be a Stephens truck in our condominium complex, so I figured Iwe couldn't go wrong, calling them up to look at a slow-moving bathroom sink drain. They didn't disappoint! Very professional! Two plumbers showed up, so they got the job done very quickly, hey even took the time to look at an unrelated issue in a different sink. This is our first home, and we are not the DIY sort; so, dealing with repairs can be overwhelming. Having also dispensed with the home warranty that came with the unit, opting to keep money set aside for repairs, rather than paying to keep the warranty, we're extremely happy to have Stephens on call. Thank you, Stephens - we would recommend you to anyone!
