Based on the reviews we called for a plumbing issue during a long holiday weekend. They not only showed up on time, the rates were decent too. Their work is top-notch and the plumbing team are true professionals. They were courteous, efficient and easy to work with. We liked their work so much, that we hired them for more stuff to fix. Lol! What a happy surprise! We highly recommend them!!!

This is amazing. We had some plumbing issues for our old house in San Pedro. Through a few handy men and companies, the problems kept coming back. Only when this young and handsome guy Hector appeared here, the sewage system started function like new. We will recommend Stephens Plumbing to anyone!

I would recommend Stephens to anyone looking for help with buying a HVAC system. I had four different local companies come out for a bid and these guys were the most impressive of the bunch. Andy was very good at describing the scope of work and giving me all options available for my set up. He was upfront about some of the challenges with my job but ensured me that his techs could get the job done. I had many, many, questions for Andy and he answered them all either in person or on the phone. When Freddie and his team showed up to do the install, his guys were on the ball and had the goal of getting the job done as quickly as possible with quality of the systems efficiency in mind. Freddie was very thorough in explaining to me how the HVAC systems works and why certain ducts and returns had to go in certain places. Freddy was very patient with me and my questions and when it came to crunch time, he even came on a Saturday to finish my job! The AC unit that Freddie installed made my house feel like Narnia, super cold! For those of you on a budget, they were the 2nd lowest bid of the four we got and they were number one in explaining to me how things would work and why. They also offered 9 month 0% financing through a 3rd party, on approved credit. Before I met these guys at Stephens I figured that all of these HVAC companies were pretty similar, and boy was I wrong! Andy, Freddie, and team treated me like family and made sure the system was installed and would work like they would want their own system to work at home. They were honest, personable, intelligent, and I'm very impressed with them. Give them a shot!

Have used them annually to descale and service my tankless water heater. Williams and Arturo were professional and timely. The charges are reasonable and they are always friendly and willing to answer any questions I may have. This year I also had them service my air conditioner. Omar was very thorough and explained exactly what was needed. I was not pressured to purchase anything additional even though my system was borderline for needing to be recharged. Highly recommend them!

Good response time, great service and quality work. My woman's house had a hot water heater that sprung a severe leak in the incoming line I called Stephens plumbing requesting a line repair and a new hot water heater (the currant heater being a rust bucket museum piece). Jose the technician arrived in the mid morning informing me of my options, then he quoted me a price. That very afternoon he and his partner Cory had the heater in place and humming. I thought it would take a lot longer because the hot water heater that was replaced was approximately 20 years old. It was a very narrow 40 gallon tank with a custom outdoor housing. Jose was able to find a similar heater matching the dimensions required to keep the exterior housing intact (thank god). The work was quick and efficient and on point with the quote they had given me earlier. I will be using Stephens Plumbing again with out a doubt. Thank You gentlemen for your assistance.

We are extremely happy with Stephens Plumbing!! We had a horrible leak from our upstairs bathroom downstairs through our kitchen light. We called Stephens Plumbing and Manny was here within the hour. He understood our problem and the work was scheduled within a couple of days. The office called to let us know when Manny would be here and he and his helper, Mike, showed up right on time. They were both friendly, very nice and knowledgeable & repaired our leak beautifully. The whole team was exceptional and price was very reasonable. We will definitely be using Stephens Plumbing for any and all of our plumbing needs and we will always be asking for Manny!

Miguel and Frank came out to help us with our sink and shower issues. The sink was getting this sewer smell and the shower was super clogged. The team was extremely helpful, thorough and friendly. They walked us through and explained everything in detail and let us know what had to be done in order to fix the issues. Their prices are very reasonable as well. We are extremely happy with their services and will absolutely be calling them for any issues in the future.

My husband and I have dealt with Stephens for quite now for plumbing issues and have always been very satisfied with their work. About a month ago we asked for a quote to replace our heater and to install a new air conditioning system. The quote was extremely reasonable as compared to others that we got. We decided to go with them based on our past experience with them and the reasonableness of the quote. Everything turned out just wonderfully. They did an outstanding job and were always very prompt and worked very efficiently. Freddy was in charge of the work and took great pride in doing the job very properly. His assistant was very helpful too and they got the job done in good time. They showed us what they were doing each step of the way to assure and inform us what was being done. Freddy had to do ALOT of extra work to get the condenser installed properly outside but worked at it diligently until it was. It was so additionally helpful as there was electrical work involved with this work and the quote included Stephens getting that all sorted out for us. They also pulled the permits and set up the inspection too. In the end when all was done we were so pleased that there were no surprise additions to the quote. That is so often not the case when you get a quote. We would HIGHLY recommend Stephens.
