From Jose in the office to Manny in the field, the BEST experience fixing my root-clogged drains! I had to reschedule at the last minute for baby birth and they were completely accommodating without any guilt or anger. Manny was super thorough and solution oriented with the best attitude of actually HELPING the situation with lovely positivity. He's now my go to guy for plumbing! LOVE STEPHENS!

Miguel was extreamly helpful with replacing our sub pump. They provided a reasonable quote and a couple days later they showed up and got to work right away. I didn't realize they already had the pump replaced when I noticed they arrived. They did a good job, I would recommend them.

David from Stephen's plumbing came out to fix a leak in one part of my house and hooked up a hot water line for my new dishwasher. Service was excellent; David was nice, answered my questions, and did a great job! I definitely recommend Stephen's plumbing and will use them again in the future.

Hector saved the day!! I called Stephens about 10am, and Hector was at our house within a couple of hours. Although he tried, the toilet could not be saved - but he worked it into his busy schedule to come back to the house at the end of his day to install our new toilet. He even helped me install the new bidet attachment that I had been too intimidated to do myself! Our house only has one bathroom, so we really appreciated his effort in making the time to help us out in a bind. Every time we have used this company we have experienced excellent customer service, professionalism, and a sense of urgency to get the job done right :) I highly recommend Hector and all of the technicians at Stephens Plumbing!

This company really understands customer service and what it takes to make the customer happy. Miguel and Frank take their time in making sure that things are done CORRECTLY. There may be cheaper plumbers out there but these guys are extremely reasonable and take pride in their work. We bought a fixer upper here in RPV and will certainly be using them for future projects!

I needed a new water heater for my house. I called Stephens based solely on Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. A tech named Williams came out and installed a new tankless water heater. With the expertise of a seasoned professional he not only educuated me on the system but also put in new piping, values and a filter for the system. He also took time to show me why the attention to detail matters. It's great to know that I don't need to look any farther than my home town of San Pedro to find a top notch business like this.
