These guys were great! We just bought a home that we discovered had some plumbing issues. Our waste water line backed up on a Sunday so we had to shut-off our water. We noticed that Stephens Plumbing had a lot of good reviews and have been around for over 30 years so I called them. They called us back within 15 minutes on a Sunday and let us know that they could come out on Sunday or they could call back to schedule an appointment Monday morning. They called Monday morning and scheduled the appointment for that afternoon, and the technician arrived early. Once he got to our home he was very helpful in assessing the problem and took the time to answer a lot of questions regarding our plumbing issues. We also had a leaky facet, which he fixed in 10-15 minutes and was able to resolve another issue with a slow flowing hot water facet. They are coming back to replace a cast iron main line and made some recommendations that could end up saving us money. At the end, the bill was more than fair for the time he took to address all of my concerns. The technician was professional and friendly - overall, my experience from first contact to the technician providing me with the invoice was excellent!

We had a great experience with Williams, my gas service was shut down for a leak and I was really stress out, my friend recommended me to call Stephens Plumbing, that was a life saver referral. Williams came, gave me an estimate and scheduled the job. I am not a easy costumer to deal with but he was very patience and professional. My gas was restored last night and my life is back to normal! Thank you Williams for an excellent job and for been so nice, I will recommend you service to anybody who needs a really good and reliable plummer

My husband and I had an emergency at our home. We needed a plumber out asap and your company came highly referred. I called and spoke to Rudy, and was instantly put at ease. He was very professional, courteous and listened to every concern I had! I had a plumber out at our home that afternoon. Great customer service!!! Will definitely refer to friends and family.

We had a great experience with Manny! We had a clog in our upstairs shower and called a local plumber..this guy, Raul at Unstoppable Plumbing, tried to rip is off (wanted $450 and had the wrong tools!). After we sent him packing we called Stephens and Manny came out right away and fixed the clog within 5 minutes! He explained what happened and why....and it cost less than $100!!! Manny saved the day! Now I have to go bash those other jerky guys on Yelp.

I recently retained the services of Stephen's Plumbing & AC Repair. Miguel from Stephen's came out and completed extensive work on plumbing, gas and water heater problems that cropped up all at one time. Through Miguel's thorough knowledge of his work and previous experience with HOAs, he was able to make the proper contacts & get the gas line issue paid for by my HOA! Prompt, responsive, thorough and professional.

From my first contact with Stephens plumbing I was met with courteous service. They worked around my work schedule to get out to my house the same day to fix an issue. Manny was polite, highly competent and the price was extremely reasonable. I have used Stephens plumbing several times over the past few years and their service has always been impeccable.
