Excellent service! I called in the early afternoon, hoping they could fit me in and the service man arrived on time. Mr. Williams did an outstanding job in my bathroom, and then I asked him to check out another problem. He checked it thoroughly and showed me exactly what he was recommending, and why. He was fantastic. Reasonable price, too! Recommend highly.

We purchased a voucher from Anggie's List and these guys were great. Spoke to several customer care reps who were knowledgable & helpful(Thank you Rudy). Two techs came out to our commercial space and did an amazing job! They were thorough and gave us a few money saving tips! Very grateful they squeezed us in so quickly. We will be using them again! Thank you :)

My husband and I were pleased with the prompt response by this company, as well as our plumbing technician Miguel. The other plumbing agency that I typically use, referred Stephen's because I needed a plumbing issue handled right away. They were able to schedule the appt the very next day, as opposed to the following week. Miguel kept me informed of what he was doing and I felt comfortable that I wasn't getting price gauged. He was quick and efficient. My husband and I are very pleased with Stephens and will use again.

We called Stephens Plumbing, Heating & A/C in April to fix a problem with the drain hose coming from our dishwasher to the garbage disposal. I was pleasantly surprised when they said they could come out the same day. Williams arrived on time and did a great job not only fixing the problem, but re-working the position of the disposal to make the pipe configuration less complicated, leaving us more room under the sink for storage. He was very friendly and professional, did the work quickly, and made sure to check the system numerous times to ensure that all was working well. I would definitely recommend them, and am in fact, calling them today to fix my leaky water heater. :-)

We had a stoppage in our kitchen sink. I call Stephens and they sent out David the very same day. The service window was 1PM-3PM, David arrived about 1:45PM and even called first. He figured out the problem right away and solved it quickly. David took the time to explain to my husband over the phone what he had done and work that we might need in the future. Fair price too. Absolutely top-notch service. Could not ask for more!
