Professional: Called on a Friday and were seen the next Wednesday for a non-emergency pipe leak. They were busy but we are happy that Alan called to explain this. On the day of service Jeanette gave me a courtesy call an hour in advance to let me know the technician was on his way. Friendly and efficient: Luis arrived wearing a mask within the two hour window they gave us. He was easy to talk to, funny and efficient. He gave us an itemized estimate, was upfront about the costs, and provided photos of the affected pipe. Luis was able to do the repair immediately. After fixing the pipe, he also did a test run for 10 minutes to ensure that it had been efficiently repaired. He also provided a photo of the new pipe installed after the work was done. I would work with Stephens plumbing again and highly recommend.

We had a small project - kitchen faucet installation and dishwasher hose replacement. We got an appointment the very next day. The office called that morning to let us know where we were on the schedule. Victor arrived within the quoted window, and he did an excellent job. Professional, courteous, and responsive. Victor and Stephens Plumbing are now our go-to service providers!

I used Stephens Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditining for the first time yesterday. The technician Poncho was prompt, courteous, and extremely efficient in solving a small problem I had with my A/C unit. He took time to explain how the unit worked and what had occurred to stop the flow of cold air into the house. He even gave me a 15% discount as a new customer. I will definitely use this company again for A/C work and probably for other heating/plumbing problems. I liked their friendly, cooperative attitude.

My toilets weren't flushing so I knew I had a main line issue. I called Stephens along with 4 other plumbers and they were the only ones who could come out the same morning. Luis came out and was extremely helpful. He wore bootys on his shoes in the house. He explained all my options very clearly and what I paid was in line with the estimate. Was very friendly and easy to work with. I will use again and highly recommend!

I always choose this place for any plumbing issues I have and I've always felt they are very fair & do their best to take care of me ASAP. Today, they sent Galan and he was the nicest person! I really enjoyed my conversation with him while he was working to fix the problem. He was fast, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Great place, great employee!

I called Stephen's Plumbing Heating & AC because I wanted to add a central AC unit to my existing furnace. I was very happy with the service so I decided to write a review/recommendation. Initial call: A live person picked up within one ring and set up an appointment for an estimate within 3 minutes Estimate Appointment: Oscar came at the exact time of the appointment. He was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I got a detailed estimate on the spot! And the price is a lot less than all the estimates that I received so I accepted. The installation was scheduled the day after. This all happened in less than 20 minutes. Installation: Oscar, Freddy and Samuel came right on time. They started the work immediately. My dad enjoyed watching them work because they were very pleasant and professional. When the installation was completed, Freddy explained everything to me including the warranty. I give Stephen's Plumbing Heating & AC 11/10!! They truly exceeded my expectations in every step of the way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing, heating and AV service.
