Williams was the tech that showed up to clear my clogged bathtub drains. He was polite, respectful and honest. I love an honest repairman who doesn't try to sell me a bill of goods. He demonstrated and explained the process of determining if the problem was with the main line or just locally in the bathtub drain lines. If it had been the main line, I would have been charged a higher fee. It wasn't the main line, thank goodness. Also worth mentioning, I had shopped around before choosing Stephens Plumbing. They had the best pricing, by far, of all the plumbers I called. I would definitely recommend Stephens Plumbing. Great prices + excellent service = 5 stars!

I have know Miguel for more then 20 years, he has helped me out when I call on him in the past. All I can say is that he is very professional, detail oriented and super clean. He cleans up real well doing installations from start to end. I have recommended him to all my friends and family. They all like his work.

I am very impressed with Stephens Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. I had issues with my AC unit and there employee Omar was very knowledgeable and he was very patient and explained to me my options. I would definitely recommend this establishment and ask for Omar, if you want awesome service

These guys came highly recommended by a friend of a friend, but not someone I would call a friend of mine. Anyway, I needed some serious kitchen work done and was not disappointed with the results. Miguel is the man. Gonna name a future pet after him. Maybe a parrot. Or a turtle. Yeah. A turtle.
