We have used these guys for years. They are responsive and always do a great job. We had a leak dripping through the fan into the bathroom downstairs. They sent someone over right away to take care of it. They've cleared the drains several times as well, We always get someone who is courteous and professional. They are local so we never have to wait long and their customer service is excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

I had to move the ductwork in my kitchen in order to install my new range hood and decided to call Stephens again since I was very pleased with them when they helped me move my gas line, and am very happy with their work this time around as well! Omar was incredibly helpful, nice, and did a great job!

I used Stephens on 3 different occasions for 3 different problems my house had in the past year, and each time they showed up as promised, were able to complete the job in a timely manner, and charged less than the competitors. On one of these occasions I called out one of the major plumbing companies that advertise on the radio about their pleasant smelling plumbers and the amount they quoted me was outrageous! The major company wanted $1200 for a repair that Stephens did for $300!!! The plumber for the major company told me that I called them and their price is their price! I will never even call anyone but Stephens anymore!

Can't complain. This is the third time we've used their services. Very kind workers, quick repairs and decent charges. Only issue: some difficulty in language barrier. Worker did not understand some words we spoke in English. Otherwise, I'm satisfied. Will call them again if needed.

These guys did an awesome job as usual. The main sewer line was damaged due to root intrusion and old age at our home. After using them a year ago to fix a gas leak at our fourplex, we ended up using Stephens plumbing after getting several ridiculous bids for trenching and relining/repairing our sewer line. Jose, Oscar, and Frank were extremely thorough, professional, and provided updates regularly throughout the process and the work. No job is too big for them. They were working 8ft underground for a week and patched everything up as if nothing happened. Highly recommend these guys and will be using them for future work.

This was an awesome experience start to finish. The A/C stopped working during one of the hot nights and I noticed a leak at the inside unit the following night. After calling after hours, (and receiving a call back) I decided to wait until morning. I phoned at 8:15am and Omar was there at 8:30! Omar was patient and spent his time educating me while he worked. When all was done, the cost was reasonable, the A/C worked great and he was done it what seemed like no time. I also know far more about A/C than before. This is how you make lifelong customers. They've got my business going forward. Thanks guys and thanks Omar. You rock!
