Our company has hired Stephens Plumbing for years, for reasons ranging from plumbing to AC or installing new fixtures in several of our offices and homes. We have had a personal interaction with Miguel Lira for years and he's been our #1 plumber. He's very courteous and professional. He's gets the job done in a timely & efficient manner.

First thing, set appointment up with Jessica, great customer service, There out to our house now, fixing a long time problem , guess it runs with older homes. Gave good information on the problems, went right to work to get the house plumbing to work. Would refer and use over and over, But nevertheless Over all Awesome Job, Thank you Hector, and Arturo

We called Stephens on a Saturday morning on the hottest day of the year when our air conditioning went out. Omar came out immediately and diagnosed our problem. Through not fault of Stephens they couldn't get the part until Monday morning but he was back out by 10:30 and out A/C was up and running within 15 minutes. Allison in the office was great to work with and Omar is the best, a shining compliment to your company. Won't use anyone else from here on out. Thanks, Stephens!!!!

These guys have been our go-to plumbers for two generations. They are professional and courteous. We have had them fix gas leaks, plumbing leaks, a fallen garbage disposal, heater issues and they installed our new air conditioning. We've used them at two houses in San Pedro. I know they go to the South Bay, too. We've had many different guys come from Stephens to our place and they are all good, letting me know exactly what's going on. I only wish they did new construction, because good plumbers are hard to find! Thanks, Stephens!

I live in a 4-unit condo and was referred to Stephen's by my neighbor. She spoke highly of them from her experience of having to replace her A/C unit... I walked into the store, introduced myself and what I needed to be done...my order was taken by a nice receptionist and dispatched. After leaving and returning home, within 1 hour, 2 deferent tech-rep's arrived to address my plumbing and a/c issues. The plumber fixed my leaks...the a/c needed parts and will be installed tomorrow... I am very impressed with the service provided by Stephen's and I will recommend them to my other tenants and to you too!! rdf

I was able to make an appointment for next business day, in the afternoon. Manny was the representative that came. He was on time, clean and extremely patient. I had a leak in a pipe that was going up through the closet, and after looking at the issue was, he acknowledge it would take an hour plus labor and got it done as quick and clean as possible. Quality parts used and he was also glad to explain what he was doing while he worked. I got quotes from others and looking at Manny from Stephens Plumbing, I'm glad I went with these guys. There's no doubt, if you are ever in need, call Stephens Plumbing and ask for Manny if you're ever needing service in Torrance/Lawndale/Gardena/Hawthorne/Lomita. Simply the Best!!
