I called for A/C service on a really hot day. I was told the technician would be at my house between 10:00 and 1:00. Omar showed up promptly at 10:00. He was courteous, professional, efficient and a really nice guy. He had our A/C back up and running in about 30 mins. I highly recommend Stephens for quality work by a friendly technician.

My central AC started blowing warm during the recent heat wave, and Stephens was able to fit me in for an early appointment, despite having a busy day planned. Omar came out and diagnosed the refrigerant leak from two different valves on the outside unit. It took longer than he'd planned to get it all done, but he stuck with it until it was fixed right. Now the AC is blowing cold again.

As an owner of rental properties, Stephens has been my choice of plumbers for years. This morning, I received a frantic call from one of my tenants telling me the laundry room was flooded and the water was migrating into the lobby area. En route to assess the situation, I called Stephens. Sensing my great concern, Alan calmly dispatched one of his best plumbers, Hector, to the location. Minutes after I arrived, so did Hector, accompanied by seasoned pro Arturo and Freddie. In very short order, Hector located the problem and quickly had the matter under control. Thanks again, Stephens, for saving the day!

The toilet was not flushing through and dirty water backing up into the adjoining bathtub. I've used Stephens before and have always found them reliable professionals. This time was no different. Two young men who came by were very courteous and knowledgeable. Previous homeowner who put in this bathroom did not put in access valve so required extra work to snake the line. Stephens guys got down to work and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time and a fair price. Thanks.
