I don't normally put in reviews, but I would like to especially thank one of the technicians from Stephens plumbing and heating located here in San Pedro, not only did he come out and resolve my air conditioning problem at an excellent price, But he also went out to my brothers house and let's just say he saved my brother $13,000 the technicians name is Andy very professional and efficient, Takes pride in his job, very hard to find these days, keep up the good work Andy.

Coming home to a pluged drain is no fun. But when I call Stephens Plumbing, it became no big deal! They came right out and took care of our problem, promt, clean and very professional. I have used them on several occations. Fantactic Service They are part of my referral network! Doug Hodne

I had Stephen's Plumbing out last week to replace an old water heater. They were able to give me the price over the phone and I didn't have to pay a dollar more!! They really made the whole process very easy. I'm so happy I chose this company and I plan to use them if I need anything else done!

Last winter we called in because our heater was not working. We were quickly able to get a Stephens representative out to us. He actually got our heater repaired in about 15 minutes and even did so free of charge! Great business people looking out for the customer, we will always use them for any future needs since they took such great care of us!

I called Stephen's Plumbing, Heating and Air for an AC installation. My experience has been excellent! They were able to send Andy, out the next morning. Andy was on time, professional, he is very personable and is very knowledgeable. Considering they charged me by the hour, one would think they would take long but Andy was very efficient, he knew his stuff, he was very quick and was able to finish the task in an hour. I feel very good about my AC unit and I know it's secure. I would highly recommend Stephen's Plumbing, Heating and Air, especially Andy, who is a Supervisor to anybody I know. I will be calling this company back for all of my Plumbing, Heating and Air needs.
