This company is courteous and professional. We were lucky enough to have Hector and Arturo to my mom's house in RPV. They were mindful to keep their shoes covered and had a catalog for us to look at and order the faucet. After the installation, they cleaned up after themselves and took everything with them, including the old faucet which they disposed of themselves! I am very impressed with both of them and their courteous and polite manner. On 6-4-15, Stephen's Heating & Air Conditioning replaced the old thermostat and A/C plus other components on the roof and in the attic. They arrived at our house early with their huge crane, right on time, even placing "No Parking" signs on our street to protect neighbors. Their entire crew was professional, experienced, respectful, and efficient. Their high-quality work is absolutely "cool." I will definitely call them again! : )

Even though summer's almost here, it still gets cold at night in our old school Long Beach apartment. I thought my heater broken so I called Stephens. I believe the name of the guy they sent was Phirom. Super helpful gentleman and I'm glad he was able to come to Long Beach to help me out! He was able to explain to me that my thermostat had gone bad. I was so pleased to hear that it was a rather simple fix!

I am so happy with stephens plumbing! On a sunday, they answered and got right back to me about my non functioning air conditioner on a blazing hot day. Andy had me check to see if the outside fan was on. It wasn't. Then he walked me through finding the right circuit breaker and resetting it (all for free.. All on the phone). My air feels great and it cost me nothing!!! Thank you!!!!

I have used Stephens Plumbing at my work location and at home. The personnel that work for Stephens are polite, punctual, and very professional. We have used them for heating/air conditioning, plumbing, and kitchen/bathroom remodeling. There has never been an issue with their work. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. I would highly recommend them for workplace or home.
