When I realized I had to get my sewer line repaired, I was NOT happy. I knew I couldn't put it off, but I also did not want to deal with making an appointment and sitting around my house waiting for workers to finish when I had errands to run. My friend recommended Stephens Plumbing & Heating and I am so appreciative of their quality of service. They worked around my schedule and gave me many appointment time options, offered me a reasonable price, arrived to my house promptly, and finished even earlier than they estimated. Not to mention that any mess they made while working (digging, moving items around, etc.) they made sure to clean up before they left (Thank you David and Arturo!). This company is great!

This plumbing company is just good, really good! Salvador, with his crew, provided fast, friendly, and professional service. They even cleaned up afterwards which we find rare these days. These plumbers represent Stephens as though they owned stock in the company. Need I say more? Hats off to the team!

My garbage disposal died on me last week (ugh!) so I called these guys. I was referred to them by a friend who has used them a couple times. I was pleasantly surprised when the plumber showed up on time. The job only took 1hr and 15min and now I have a brand new garbage disposal thats quiet and works great. I highly recommend these guys!!! They service Torrance! :)

Great family owned company. It's very hard to find a plumbing and heating company that you can trust these day. Very friendly and professional technicians. Came out a little earlier then the appointment time, but that's better then being late. I was very informed how the work was done from the beginning to end. Best part was they covered everything before they started there work and wore shoe covers. Thanks

Needed a plumber and my usual guy wasn't in town, so on a friend's suggestion decided to give Stephens a try. I was really happy with the service. Manny resolved the issue (the water diverter valve), and then was on his way. Price was reasonable, work was quick and efficient.

I had a very positive experience with this company. Customer service was excellent. Our heater went out during the cold winter months and they sent a rep out right away. Now that it's summer, I will be calling again for our AC maintenance.

Yesterday I realized we had water leaking from the pipes under our sink. Stephens Plumbing was at my house within the hour and fixed the issue. Ralph, the plumber who was sent, knew what he was doing and charged me fairly. This company seems to be reliable and honest. Thank you.

I called Stephens because I needed a new kitchen faucet. They sent Warren, who was very helpful. He told me my options and showed me the different faucets that were available. Once I decided on the one that best fit my needs, he ordered the necessary parts and was back the next day to complete the job. The work was clean and I am really happy with the end result. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing issues.
