Our hot water heater died on us. Called another plumber who tried to oversell us and his quote was way to high. We called Stephen's plumbing on a referral and they were great. Came out the same day and their charge was $600 less. They were very quick and courteous. We felt they were very honest. They cleaned up up after themselves. They are definitely our new plumber. We highly recommend them for their honesty and fair rates.

i highly recommend Stephens Plumbing, Heating and A/C Repair!! All staff I interacted with were professional, efficient, communicative and so kind. I had a water heater valve leak, that wasn't a 911 and i was still able to get an appointment in less than 24hrs. Luis was my technician and not only is he an incredibly cool, kind and awesome human being, he is extremely efficient, knowledgeable and so helpful in sharing how I can do some things to help maintain the water heater I have, as well as information and answers to my questions about a new one in the future, if need be and when I get to that point. He fixed the issue, no problems and we had an excellent conversation in the process. Covid safety precautions, 2 thumbs up!! Pricing was totally fair and they're 5 stars all the way!!!

Super easy to schedule and book an appointment with Stephen's Plumbing, all communication was punctual and friendly. When the plumber Victor showed up I explained the issue to him with my garbage disposal having a leak and not working/making a sound like the motor was jammed. I had already purchased a replacement garbage disposal and believed he would be coming to install the replacement...Victor took the time to first inspect everything and determined that he could fix the issue which ultimately saves me money in the long run (now I can go return the replacement disposal). I think he was in an out within a quick 30 minutes...top notch service - will highly recommend Stephens plumbing to anyone in the San Pedro/Long Beach area!

Galan was awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable company. Galan showed up on time, explained everything he was doing, and gave me pricing before doing each thing so there would be no surprises. We have used them many times over the years. Always a good service. Luis showed up promptly, diagnosed and fixed efficiently. He Listened carefully and understood our needs. They do definitely care. Also, love the fact that Luis showed up with a mask and protection. Highly recommended.

Found this place on Yelp and recommended them to my mom due to all the good reviews. She called them and Oscar came out in 2 hours. Ended up she had a bad sensor on her heater. Oscar fixed it quickly, he was friendly and explained to her what was wrong and what he did to fix it. He took all Covid safety measures. Which I appreciate because they are elderly. Overall wonderful experience with this company and especially Oscar! Thank you!
